Staying Nondirective: The Art of ‘Checking in’

Staying nondirective is one of characteristics of transformative mediation. But what exactly does that mean when talking about asking questions? Can transformative mediator ask questions at all? And if so, what kind of questions? And in what way?
In the workshop we are going to explore nondirectiveness in relation to asking questions and will observe different ways of asking questions in a directive and nondirective manner. We will try to elaborate on the issue and clarify the matter in practical as well as in theoretical manner.
