Efza Üstüner

Efza Üstüner is an Educational Science student and entrepreneur. She facilitates trainings on community and team building in both the corporate and the social field. She works with Diversity Joy, a training organization closely linked to Phaphama Initiatives in South Africa. These two organizations implemented the Alternatives to Violence Program in the Netherlands. Efza also initiated, developed and organized the international course 'Cross cultural perspectives on child development and education' at her department of the University of Amsterdam. Efza also blogs on social issues.
