Carol Bloom

Carol V. Bloom has worked for close to 20 years as a professional mediator, facilitator and trainer in the U.S. and internationally, specializing in workplace mediation, team development and organizational change facilitation, using the Transformative Mediation model. Carol has also facilitated and participated in deep dialogue projects with Romani refugees in Kosovo, Italy, and Germany, and as a member of Coming To The Table (transforming historical harms resulting from slavery in the U.S.) and of D-2020, an association of trainers and facilitators working in the field of Diversity and Inclusion. Carol participated in the ISCT Transformative Dialogue training in Lillehammer, Norway in 2013.
